Dr.Sapkota is the author of the book The Secrets of Modern Medicine Revealed. He received his board certification by the American board of Internal Medicine in 2007. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency training at the Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL. He has been practicing as a Hospitalist in Nebraska for the last five years. He is an excellent diagnostician and has presented multiple papers describing difficult and unusual diagnostic challenges that he had uncovered in his career. He has been an active member of the American College of Physicians (ACP), Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM) as well as the Society of General Internal Medicine (SGIM). He believes in empowering the patients with the inside knowledge of medicine. He has written everything in plain simple English with no medical jargon at all. His critics have commented on his extraordinary ability to break down such a complex topic into very simple and easy chapters that anyone without any prior medical knowledge can understand.
